Broker Stack

Terms

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Plain-language summary. The binding terms for any client engagement are the signed client agreement, which governs if there is any difference.

This website

This site describes the Broker Stack platform. Content is general information about our services — it is not an offer, and no contract exists until a client agreement is signed by both sides. Figures about our flagship site (HomesFound.ca) are stated as of October 2026 and describe that site's operation, not a guarantee of any client's results.

Timelines

The "about 30 days" launch timeline runs from the later of (a) the brokerage's board feed approval being in place, and (b) our receipt of the brokerage's logo/brand assets, roster and domain access. Board approval timelines are outside our control.

Territory exclusivity

While a client agreement is in force, we will not provide the platform to another brokerage in the client's market. A "market" is the client's primary board trading area as defined in its client agreement. The Greater Toronto Area is permanently held by our flagship, HomesFound.ca.

Intellectual property and data

The platform's code and systems are owned by us and licensed to clients for the term of their agreement. Each client owns its brand, domain name, content and lead data, and may export its lead data at any time, including on exit.

Listing data and trademarks

MLS®, REALTOR® and the associated logos are trademarks of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). Listing content displayed on client sites is provided under each brokerage's own board data agreements; Broker Stack claims no ownership of MLS® data.

Liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this website is limited to direct damages not exceeding $100. Service-level commitments, where offered, exist only in signed client agreements.

Governing law

These terms and any client agreement are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
